1. How do I place an order online?
 
Once you arrive at the shopping cart page, mark the appropriate boxes to select the product(s) that you wish to order. Then click "Checkout" to place your order. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:
1. Your first and last name
2. Your e-mail address
3. Billing and shipping address
4. Phone number
6. Your credit card type, number and expiration date
2. Can I change my order during checkout?
Yes, you can adjust your order at any time before you click the "Submit Order" button. You also can review or update your order on the "Review Order" page. Once you hit “Submit Order,” it is not possible to change you order.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
For online and phone orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
4. What if I don't have a credit card?
At this time we only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Please contact orders@bleachbright.com if you want one of our customer service reps contact you to place an order over the phone.
5. Do I have to sign up for an automatic shipment program when I order?
While automatic delivery of the product will save you time, money and offers more convenience, you are not obligated to participate in any such programs. Options for one-time purchases can be made by phone, by contacting our customer service at orders@bleachbright.com . We do offer a 30 days’ supply every month of our exclusive 10CC gel syringe and on BleachBright to go pen for $49.99 which will be billed each month until canceled via email at orders@bleachbright.com.
6. Is this site secure?
Yes, every transaction is guaranteed to be safe and secure. You will not be held responsible for unauthorized charges made to your credit card while shopping on this site. This site is GoDaddy secured. This site uses a safe and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit encrypted order form. Your credit card information is transmitted directly to the banking network for authorization. The geographic location of your computer is automatically determined and recorded for security purposes. 7. Can I purchase by phone?
 
Yes. You can easily purchase by phone, by calling toll-free, 1.866-700-3772.
 
8. Do you accept international orders?
 
Yes, Please contact customer service to purchase directly over the phone. Call 1.866.700.3772. We do ship to other countries. Shipping cost will be more to ship outside the USA.
 
9. Can I add to my order once it is submitted?
 

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it cannot be edited. However, if you wish to order more products, it is easy to place another order.

 
9. Can I combine two orders?
 
Yes, We can combine the orders for easier shipping.
